This Privacy Policy describes how Gurinder, Chiropractor (the "Chiropractor"), collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with drgurinder.com (the "Website"). It applies to the Website only.

The Website is not intended to collect personal health information. It does not provide a patient portal, clinical forms or online health assessments. Visitors are asked not to submit health information through the contact form, email, newsletter sign-up or social media, as these channels are not secure and are not used for clinical communication.
Appointment booking is provided through a third-party online booking system operated by or on behalf of Preserve Oak Wellness (the "Clinic"). Information submitted through that system is collected and handled by the Clinic or the Chiropractor, as applicable, in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 ("PHIPA"). That information is governed by the applicable privacy practices and not by this Privacy Policy.

Information provided voluntarily. Name, email address and message content submitted through a contact form or newsletter sign-up.

The Chiropractor does not sell personal information.

Personal information is collected and used to respond to inquiries, deliver requested email communications, operate and secure the Website, understand how the Website is used, and comply with legal and professional obligations.
